Description

05SW002- Q-Matic System Upgrade This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-04-R-6030. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03 effective 11 Apr 05 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS change notice 20040223. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A.
