- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire on a 100% small business set-aside basis maintenance support services for all of the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM)/J9 classified and unclassified networked and stand-alone black and white (B&W) and color printers located at the USJFCOM Joint Engineering/J9 building in Suffolk, VA to include the Bridgeway Complex and the J9 printers located in the J7 and Joint Technology and Exploration Center (JTEC) building for experimentation support. The requirement is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program For Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented by the procedures described in FAR Part 12. The RFQ shall contain a requirement for a base period of performance beginning 15 September 2005 through 14 September 2006 with four (4) one-year renewal option periods. A firm-fixed price type of contract is anticipated. Evaluation will be based on past performance and price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 811212 and $21M, respectively. Upon its release, the RFQ will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hardcopy of the RFQ will not be made available. The RFQ is expected to be released on or about 17 June 2005. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. Further, quoters are required to go on-line to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a quotation.
