Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Replace Roof at U. S. Coast Guard Station Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. Major work items include: Replace approximately 2600 square feet of roof system with new sheathing and asbestos free underlayment and shingles, new flashing, new gutters and downspouts and other related roofing work. Additive Bid Item: Replace concrete saddles at each of the four corners. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS is 238160. Completion time is 90 DANTP.
