PRON: AX5C0450AX, Noun: Fan Centrifugal, NSN: 4140-01-287-2432, PN: 145DS210-4 QUANTITY: Min: 116 /Max: 916, this is a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage: 77272 and Meggitt Airdynamics Inc, Cage: 58163. This part must be acquired from a manufac turing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government rights or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, no r qualification testing of another part, nor use of second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtain ed. Production Lead-time without a Contractor First Article is 116 each, 180 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for futur e solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
