- MODIFICATION IS BEING ISSUED TO CHANGE ANTICIPATED ISSUE DATE TO 16 JUNE 2005. PR No. RD050870220000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN, 1680-01-259-4163 for a Strut Assembly, Fixed Length Interlock. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Corp (81755) P/N C9691-2 Rev E. Approved Sources: Hartwell Corp (Cage 83014) P/N H3285-1 and Avibank Mfg Inc (Cage 84256) P/N 55772-1. Terms: FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 180 days ARO. This item is not identified as a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. QAP-007. This will issue as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 36 for the base year and 72 for each option year. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Any manufacturer not listed as an approved source must provide a source approval package. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this nsn.
