Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Pittsburgh Research Laboratory (PRL) has a requirement for a contractor to supply and provide installation assistance for (1) one set of Double Acoustic Doors with hinges, mounting hardware, and closure hardware, 18 ft. wide x 16 feet tall, Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings of 43 to 57. No lead materials in door construction is permitted. (2) Acoustic Personnel access doors (qty 3), STC48, including frame, mounting hardware, and closure hardware, measuring 40" x 90" rough opening. Incumbant needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Delivery and installation must be completed no later than 09/05/2005. Contractor must be International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 registered.
