- Description
- Work consists of asphalt pavement installation or repair, milling of pavements, demolition of pavements, excavation and grading, installation of storm drains and headwalls, installation or repair of base course, grading and compaction of sub-base and asphalt pavement, concrete driveways and sidewalks, segmental concrete block walls, marking of pavements, topsoil and grassing. This will be an IDIQ contract consisting of one base year and three option years. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a guaranteed minimum of $10,000.00. The proposed procurement is restricted to HUBZone Small Businesses. This procurement will be awarded on a Best Value Basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 237310. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 6 June 2005. Contractors should have the capability to view Microsoft Word (.doc), Acrobat Reader (.pdf), and or AutoCAD Internet format (.dwf) files in order to view the posted documents. A site visit is being tentatively scheduled for 20 June 2005. The date for the site visit will be set and/or confirmed in the official solicitation.
