- HQ AFMC DFSG/PK, BUILDING 262, C022, 4375 Chidlaw Road, WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, OH 45433-5006, -- G337 Denise A. Smith, Contract Specialist, 937-257-0332 NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Operations and Sustainment Systems Group (OSSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a 1-year Time & Materials type contract to maintain, deploy, and sustain the modernized G337 application that will reside in the production environment at DISA Oklahoma City, OK. The DISA Oklahoma City facility supports the users running at OC-ALC, Oklahoma City, OK; OO-ALC, Ogden, UT; WR-ALC, Warner Robins, GA; and Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. This effort will continue the activities necessary to modernize, deploy, and maintain an upgrade to the G337 Inventory Tracking System (ITS) to web-enable it. The contractor will continue to provide support in the form of software infrastructure, software engineering technical support, and software maintenance. The ITS system tracks aircraft parts, systems and sub-systems through the various maintenance and overhaul processes. ITS assigns item-tracking numbers to all parts and subsequently tracks them through disassembly, repair, and reassembly. The system tracks labor hour expenditures for calculation by DMAPS, provides management information to all levels of management and also provides an inventory control System. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to make an award by 30 June 2005. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
