Description

This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing an engineering services order against the existing BAE Systems Information and Electro Corporate Contract (F09603-03-D-0001). The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to resolve obsolescence issues and re-engineer the B-1B Intermediate Automatic Test Equipment (IATE) Low Voltage Pin (LV Pin) Circuit Card Assembly NSN 599801215799KV, P/N 3203040-101. Period of Performance is 13 months. This requirement will be awarded as a Specialized Engineering Task under Corporate Contract F09603-03-D-0001. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
