Description

DINING FACILITY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair government owned food service appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens, ice machines, and electric ranges at Dover AFB. The contractor shall furnish all paints, lubricants, and cleaning supplies to service and maintain the appliance. Service maintenance and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the respective appliance manufacturer. A periodic maintenance schedule shall be developed before the start of the contract. Please see upcoming solicitation for complete details. The period of performance is from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Total Small business concerns. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity (CAGE) code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The Government award will be based on best value. The Government reserves the right to reserve to award to other than the lowest price. The solicitation will be available over the Internet only.
