Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Center for Countermeasures at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico has a requirement to develop low-level Lab VIEW drivers for the Millimeter wave Electronic Combat Simulator ( METS). We require the following deliverables: Source code generated specifically for this project, an executable program, and software documentation. The source code will be unlocked and fully editable Lab VIEW front panel and block diagram virtual inst ruments. The control interface specification documentation for this project can be found at www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NASICS code is 541512 not to exceed $21M. A Firm Fix Price type contract in requested. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. Vendors must provide technical data on it firms capabilities. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 212-1, FAR 52,212-2, FAR 52,212-3, FAR 52,212 -4, FAR 52,212-5, FAR 52,222.21, FAR 51,222-26, FAR 52,225-13, FAR 52,222.42.
