PRON: AX5T7212AX, NSN: 2840-01-009-3719, PN: 1-100-118-07, Quantity: 652 each, applicable to UH-1, AH-1, OV-1 ENG (T-53). F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery with First Article Testing is 652 each, 314 Days A fter Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 197 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 652 each, 209 DACA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item i s restricted to the approved small businesses, Sifco Custom Machining Co, Cage Code 13580, and Chromalloy Casting Tampa Corporation, Cage Code 52011, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). This is a Critical Safety Item. All Offerors must meet pre qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solici tations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone requests will be accepted.
