PRON: AX5F0353AX, NSN: 4920-01-526-4112, PN: 70071-35005-011, Quantity: 48 each, applicable to the UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 48 each, 314 days after contract award (DACA) The required delivery schedule without FAT is 48 each 209 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286, the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economical ly, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by ac cessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annot ated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
