Description

The Government intends to award a best value cultural affiliation overview study contract for work to be performed within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District and Assigned Areas. Coverage of the scope excludes the address at 167 N. Main Street. The best value technique to be utilized in evaluations will be performance price tradeoff. The scope of work encompasses the contractor conducting the study in two phases. Phase II consists of research and submission of a summary report, and wi ll be completed in FY 05. Phase II work will be initiated in FY 06. The Request for Proposal is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract under solicitation W912EQ-05-T-0020. Phase I of the contract is estimated to commence on 20 June 2005. This act ion is UNRESTRICTED under NAICS code 541720. The RFP and all information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically at http://www.mvm.usace.army.mil/contracting/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp . It is all potential offerers res ponsibility to monitor the Corps website for any amendments, updates, bidders, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list.
