Description

THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC SOLICITATION. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision required to perform custodial services at the Marine Corps Reserve Center, Pico Rivera, CA. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The performance period is for a base period from 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with 4 one-year option periods. Bids will be considered from all responsive, responsible sources. Sealed bids and acknowledgement of amendments should be mailed to the Officer in Charge of Construction, Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Naval Weapons Station, ROICC Los Angeles Area, Building 230, West Wing, 800 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach, CA 90740-5000. To be eligible for award, Contractors shall be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. Notification of any changes (amendments) to the solicitation will be made only on the Internet. It is the Contractors responsibility to check for any posted changes. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC BID OPENING. SERVICES ARE BEING PROCURED UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.
