Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 37, Service Contracting and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Social Security Administration, Region IV, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to install electrical receptacles for coffee stations on every floor in the SEPSC building per statement of work and drawings. NAICS code: 238210. The size standard is $12 million. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Quotations (SSA-RFQ-05-1481) will be posted at http://www.fedbizops.gov on or about 6/06/05 with quotations due no later than 6/21/05. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued, with a performance period of 30 days from date of award. Anticipated award date will be on or about 6/27/05. A site-visit will be the responsibility of the prospective contractor. For site-visit, please contact John Musgrove at (205) 801-1008.
