- PR Number: FD20300548932 Item: 0001 NSN: 3040-00-766-1251RV NOUN: GEARSHAFT ASSEMBLY Total Line Item Qty Range: 33 EA - 81 EA Destination: FB2039, Tinker AFB, OK, 73145-9013 Delivery: 30 NOV 2006 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Qualification Requirements (All line items): Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 29 March 2005. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 29 Apr 2005. The anticipated award date will be 6 May 2005. Written and electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests will be accepted. The solicitation must be printed from FedBizOps by the contractor. This office will not mail solicitations. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. COMMAND NOTE B - REVISED CBD NOTE 23 Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. LOCAL NOTE C - OMBUDSMAN Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
