Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center, located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires delivery of U.S. No. 1 Hard Red Wheat. Delivery shall be made between June 27, 2005 and July 2, 2005, Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FINCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-018-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JUNE 17, 2005. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 454390 with a small business size of $6 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-018-82HW-05 which will be available on or about June 9, 2005. The anticipated award date is June 20, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
