Description

The Janitorial Services for the Monte Vista Communications Center Project for the Cleveland National Forest is located in San Diego County, California. The services includes general cleaning as outlined in the Work Schedule and all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment except Government Furnished Property outlined in the Specifications. The building is approximately 9,350 square feet at the San Diego Ranger Unit Headquarters and Monte Vista Communications Center. The areas to be serviced our the General Offices, Conference Room, Hallways, Restrooms, Planning room, Test and Development Building, Private Offices, Training Room, Kitchen, Emergency Command Center and Library. The project is located in the California Department of Forestry Headquarters/Monte Vista Communications Center at 2249 Jamacha Road, El Cajon, CA 92019. Take I-8 east to 2nd street, exit and head south on 2nd, 2nd will turn into Jamacha Road. Continue several miles on Jamacha pass Brabham Street, the compound will be in the next block on the left side. The contract is renewable and includes one base year and 4 one year options. The contractor must bid on base year and all options. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. NAICS code: 561720 Size Standard $14.0 million.
