Description

Lawn Maintenance Services _ Northport VA Medical Center. The Bronx NALP intends to award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision required to maintain the lawn/turf at locations indicated on general site plan, approximately 35-40 acres at 79 Middleville Rd for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Northport, NY 11768. The contract will cover the period from July1st through 10/31/2005. All work shall be done in strict accordance with trade acceptable practices and NY state safety regulations. Contractor shall operate riders or push mowers, side or rear discharge with mulching decks only, in a safe efficient manner. In addition, Contractor shall provide all necessary precautions to prevent damage or injuries to vehicles, buildings, property, patients and staff. Statement of work is enclosed within the attached solicitation. The NAICS classification is 561730, size standard 6.0 mill.
