- The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for the ACC Group 2 Housing Privatization Project at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona and Holloman, AFB, New Mexico. The project provides a unique opportunity for top quality firms to assist in the development, operation and financing of this family housing privatization effort. Specifically, the Air Force is seeking qualified entities to own, renovate, operate, and maintain 2,209 Family Housing Units for the benefit of military families for at least 50 years. The Government's goal is to provide military families access to safe, secure, quality, affordable, well-maintained housing in a community where they will choose to live. An Industry Forum will be conducted June 27-28, 2005 at the Cashman Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The purpose of the forum is to provide pertinent information on the project.
