Description

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, transportation, material and equipment, except as provided by the Government, to perform painting, carpeting, and minor maintenance construction services on various family housing units located at A berdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Government anticipates award of a base year and 4 option periods. The magnitude of construction for this effort including the base year and option periods is between $1 million and $5 million. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted bases. All responsible offerors may submit a bid for consideration. This solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 22 June 2005: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The date of receipt of bids is estim ated and is subject to change. No paper packages will be made available from any other source than the website provided above.
