Description: The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue an award to Dr. Robert Boyd, Enthohistorian to conduct archival research, analysis, and writing to prepare a comprehensive report on the history of Native Americans at Cathlapotle, Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, Ridgefield, Washington. The author will consult all relevant historical and ethnographic works and travel to regional depositories and present the evidence in a final report. Final report due October 1, 2006.
