Description

The General Services New England Region is interested in participating in the ISO's demand response program. Our immediate interest is for the SWCT constricted zone. The GSA has two facilities in New Haven (192,564 sq ft and 142,659 sq ft) and one facility in Bridgeport (140,457 sq ft). The GSA is soliciting proposals from all ISO approved aggregator's to assess load response capability at these three facilities,and provide pricing structure to participate. The GSA wishes to make payment for any improvements that will need to be made to allow participation and is requesting break out of financial incentives that will be credited to the facility and percentage of financial incentive or profit that will be applied to the agregator. The GSA may decide not to participate after review of proposals. The accepted agregator will also need to demonstrate capability of aggregating any other GSA facilities through out New England that may lend themselves to the program. This is not a request for proposal. This is a sources sought only to determine the number of qualified firms available to compete when GSA's requirement becomes available. Vendors must demonstrate the capability of performing this work when responding to this sources sought. No other information is available at this time.
