Description: The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA intends to award a sole source purchase order to CPI, SATCOM Division for the purchase of two (2) each TWT high power amplifier subsystems for the Program Support Office, French Camp, CA, under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition since CPI, SATCOM Division is the manufacturer of the equipment with no distributors. This equipment is the one that is capable with existing equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
