Description: AMENDMENT #3. This solicitation is being amended to post questions and responses submitted in response to the solicitation. The closing date for submission of proposals remains the same. The amendment also adds a line item to Schedule B (attachment 2). This line (1A) will allow for pricing for initial,non-recurring start-up costs. Also, Pg 42 of the main solicitation document is being amended. The replacement page is included to state that: "90% of calls. . .". The change is highlighted.
