Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven Campus, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06156 isa seeking to procure dry ice. Deliveries of 5 50-pound blocks shall be Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Contract period shall be for one year (base year), beginning 7/1/05 with four one-year optiuons to renew.
