Description

Project Description: Project LXEZ 05-1599, work includes but is not limited to removal of existing sprinkler system including piping and associated accessories, installation of fire protection water main line and wet-pipe sprinkler system, replacement of ceiling including suspension system, removal and reinstallation of existing lighting fixtures and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. ADDITIONAL WORK: Project LXEZ 04-2806, work includes but is not limited to installation of new sprinkler system below mezzanine floor, replacement of gypsum board ceiling, removal and reinstallation of existing lighting fixtures and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
