Description: The Contractor shall transport general, dangerous, hazardous, oversize and sensitive freight by Contractor's trucks as ordered by Transportation Officers or his/her duty appointed representatives, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Japanese laws and trade practices, as well as to comply with Department of Defense requirements for safe transportation of ammunition and explosives. PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY JAPAN.
