- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-05-T-0004 has been issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circ ular 05-04. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 451110. This is a detailed description of the marathon clothing that is needed: 1. 2065 Approach Top (Womens) Brand name is Hind These are white colored running singlets with the National Guard All Guard Marathon Team emblem screen printed on them. Qty of 15 each 2. 1525 Ws Phase Run Short (Womens) Brand name is Pearl Azumi . Black in color. Pearl Izumi Light III fabric shell. Lightweight Poly SENTRIC mini waffle fabric to manage moisture and allow airflow. Four inch inseam. Elastic waistband with drawstring. Hidden key pocket. Qty of 15 each. 3. 4284 Ws Shadow Pant (Womens) Brand name is Pearl Azumi . These are wind resistant, water repellent, and breathable warm up pants that are black in color made with Zephrr fabric. These pants have 10 inch ankle zippers, a drawstring waist, and reflec tive details. Qty of 15 each. 4. 4820 Ws Whisper Jacket (Womens) - Brand name is Pearl Azumi . These are warm up jackets made of Zephrr fabric that is wind resistant, water repellent, and breathable. They have a micro fleece collar. Reflective piping on the front and back, and an in ternal key pocket. The color of these jackets are Screaming Yellow which is a very bright neon yellow color (Screaming Yellow and Black are the teams colors). These jackets are embroidered with the National Guard Marathon Program logo. Quantity of 15 e ach. 5. 3782 Ultra Sensor Tee (Mens) Brand name is Hind . These are white colored running singlets with the National Guard All Guard Marathon Team emblem screen printed on them. Qty of 40 each. 6. 1286 Phase Run Short (Mens) Brand name is Pearl Azumi . Qty of 40 each. 7. 4698 Zephrr Jacket (Mens) Brand name is Pearl Azumi . Zephrr fabric offers wind resistance, water-repellency, and breathability. Brushed micro fleece collar for insulation. Internal key pocket. Reflective details. Form fitting. The color of these ja ckets are Screaming Yellow which is a very bright neon yellow color (Screaming Yellow and Black are the teams colors). This T-shirt is for both male and females. It is a plain cotton tee, white in color with the National Guard Marathon Team logo embroidered on the breast of the shirt. Qty of 55 each. 10. Polo 100% Cotton. Is a black polo shirt with the National Guard Marathon Teams logo embroidered on the shirts breast. This shirt is worn by both male and female runners. Qty of 55 each. All quotes are due no later than 11:00 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, June 29th. Because of e-mail problems, it would be best to fax all quotes to 402-309-7549 to the attention of Sandy Leach. Failure to include any of this information will deem the quote as non-responsive. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in the CCR database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of June 30, 2005. If not registered or active by the morning of June 30th, vendor quote will be deemed non-responsive.
