Description

Any questions to this solicitation will need to be email to angela.a.dexter@usace.army.mil. Project The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials (with the exception of those listed as provided by the Government - Section 4.0) to p erform all work required to construct a gravel surfaced Hiking/Biking trail in the vicinity of Chief Joseph Dam as specified herein. Approximate length of the guaranteed portion of the trail is 3000 lineal feet. The Non-guaranteed portion of the trail is approximately2200 lineal feet. Drawing #1 shows the overall layout and approximate length of the trail in lineal feet. The accompanying Bid Sheet will break down this work into individual bid items. Site visit is required before submittal of solicitation . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910, which is matched to SIC code 1794. Project is open small business only. Additional contracting opportunities, visit the Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil /. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on the Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nw s.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification of solicitation/amendment posting. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 10 June 2005.
