Description

The Dewitt Army community Hospital, FT Belvoir VA is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work under a Personal Service Contract in the Department of surgery. Hours are 0700-1530 or 1500-2330, Monday through Friday, 24 hours per d ay on weekends and federal holidays. The performance period is 01 July 2005 through 30 Sep 2005 with four Option Years. Option Years are subject to availablity of funds. On-call services may be required once a month. Minimum Qualification: be a gradua te of an approved anesthesia program accredited by the council on Anesthetist Education Program Schools; experience in the delivery of all types of anesthesia tutilized in the delivery of obstetrical and surgical anesthesia to include IV regional technique s; schools; minimum five years experience with one year currrent experience providing epidurals); possess certification in BCLS and ACLS. Be capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
