Description

Furnish all labor, plant, materials and supervision for an all services/minor construction multi trades contract. All work shall conform to the latest OSHA and Building Codes in effect on the date of award in Adams County PA and shall include Wage D eterminations, General Decision PA020026 Mod 18, Adams County PA. Work shall include but not limited to small construction projects at the RRMC Site, Adams County PA, various carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, mechanical, HVAC repair work, small ope ration and maintenance repair. All employees of the successful contractor including any and all subcontractors will be required clearance of a minimum secret level prior to scheduling the commencement of any work on site. Solicitation number W81XWH-05-R- 0023 for a requirements type contract, base and option years will be issued on or about June 27, 2005 and will close on or about July 28, 2005. This solicitation and attachments will appear on the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity home page ht tp://www.usamraa.army.mil on or about June 27, 2005. Telephone request will not be honored. The estimated price range of this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Any resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price type requirements contract. T his is an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification for this procurement is 238990 and the size standard is $12 million.
