Description

This is a Modification to the previously amended announcement posted on April 21, 2005. Original synopsis was posted on February 25, 2005. This notice updates the fair market value rent from $45,000 to $51,000 annually to $30,000 annually. Responsive bid must be approximately $30,000 annually. The selection process will continue on a weekly request for bid schedule until a responsive bid has been received. Every Friday, beginning June 17, 2005, a public bid opening will occur as described in section F of the RFB. Sealed bids are due to the following address: Superintendent, Minute Man National Historical Park, Bid on Lease of NPS Elisha Jones House, 174 Liberty Street, Concord, MA 01742, no later than 11:00am every Friday, beginning June 17, 2005, until a responsive bid is submitted. A public bid opening will be held at the same address each Friday, beginning June 17, 2005 at 11:00 am until a responsive bid is submitted.
