- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N4523A-05-Q-0004 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. NAICS Code is 336611. Small business size standard is 1000 employees. This is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide one (1) NACE Certified Paint and Coating System Inspector for various coating system applications in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this work is 20 Jun - 31 Aug 05.
