Description

The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest is conducting market research to develop a list of possible sources for a potential project or projects. We are interested in finding firms who are certified and experienced in the iterpretation of digital aerial photographs and subsequent development of the determined Fire Regime Condition Classes for the areas photographed. At this time, we are seeking only experienced firms who have already performed these services for Governmental land management entity, i.e. USDA Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Fish and Wildlife, etc. Qualified firms should send a technical informational package to Steve Roehr, Contracting Officer, USDA Forest Service, Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, 4701 North Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The package must arrive to the contracting officer by the due date. At a minimum the package should inlclude the qualifications and certifications for personnel who would perform these services ; An outline of the methodology used ; and a listing of agencies, with points of contact, for whom you have performed these services.
