Description

The Food and Drug Administration plans to enter into a Sole Source Contract with Lincoln Technologies, Inc., Wellesley Hills, MA 02481 for the maintenance and operation of the Web Visual Data Mining Environment (WebVDME) software which was developed by them. The contract shall include database administation and support for the WebVDME data warehouse respository. The contractor will also provide user and application support to include updates for the WebVDME software and training for new and advanced users of the WebVDME software. Contractors that believe they are capable of meeting the requirement stated herein must submit a capability statement not to exceed five pages to the following electronic mail address at: ITACQUISITIONS@FDA.GOV. Statements forwarded to that address will be considered, if submitted within 15 days from the date of this announcement. Questions should be submitted to the email address above.
