Description

The VA VISN 22 Network Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with the FAR Part 13 with Medtronics under the authority of FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement is for Medtronic esophageal and motility equipment. The complete system includes (1) (DIGI400SWS2) Digitrapper pH 400 system with Polygram Net pH software system Digitrapper pH 400, 4 channel pH recorder. Carrying pouch, belt/shoulder strap/IR Dongle buffer stand with resealable buffer tubes. Dedicated Diagnostic workstation 17? flat screen monitor, HP color printer workstation procedure cart, built-in patient isolation line transformer. (2) (5143G0202) Digitrapper pH 400-additional unit only digitrapper pH 400, 4 channel pH recorder. Carrying pouch, belt/shoulder Strap/IR dongle.
