- The US Army at Picatinny Arsenal NJ intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis with Tallahassee Technologies, Inc, 2031 E. Paul Dirac Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32310. Tallahassee Technologies has extensive knowlege and background with to meet the critical needs of this requirement. This procurement is for the procurement of accessories and hardware to support one hundred thirty (130) R-PDA-55s with embedded SAASM GPS expansion module, Taclink Dongle with Mighty Mouse connector, and TACLINK PCMCIA card. It will also cover minor upgrade of 40 computer expansion packs that house the SAASM GPS and the TACLINK PCMCIA card. The R-PDA -55s have been purchased under the US Army???s CHS-3 contract. Each of the R-PDA-55s will be augmented with cables and other accessories. The combination of the R-PDA-55, expansion pack and accessories is denoted as the Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC).
