Description

SENATORS WASH SHORELINE ACCESS - The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for work at the Senators Wash Reservoir, to include, but not limited to, earthwork, constructing a new parking area with curbing, a concrete path, stairs, handrails, concrete pads, and other appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications contained in the forthcoming Solicitation. The work is located in Imperial County, California. The price range for this contract is between $100,000 to $250,000. The period of performance is 150 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting ONLY on or about June 28, 2005, and it may be found at www.fbo.gov. Bidders will be required to print and fully complete the bidding documents for submission of their bids. In order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov
