Description

KELLY ISLAND CAMPGROUND RECONSTRUCTION - The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to upgrade Kelly Island Campground. This includes demolishing and removing indicated items, reshaping and widening existing roads, installing a vault toilet, planting trees, decommissioning and installing a new irrigation system, and other appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications in the forthcoming Solicitation. The estimated price range for this work is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this work is 237990 and the Period of Performance is 210 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Bonding will be required as follows: 1) Bid Bond at 20% of the bid price; 2) Payment Bond at 100% of the contract price; 3) Performance Bond at 100% of the contract price. This requirement is a Total HUBZone Set-Aside. The Solicitation will be available by electronic posting only at www.fbo.gov on or about June 27, 2005. Offerors will be required to print the bid documents and use them for submission of their bids. In order to receive a contract award, contractors shall register with the Central Contractor Registration system at www.ccr.gov or by phoning 1-877-352-2255 (press 2).
