Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting bids for the demolition of the Donnelley Building located in Kodiak, Alaska. This project consists of the demolition of the Donnelley building which is a two story building structure (approximately 14,000 square feet in size) its associated underground storage tank, parking lot (approximately 5,000 square feet) and miscellaneous other site appurtenances. Building demolition will include removal of asbertos, lead and associated hazardous materials. The Construction Cost range will between $250,000 and $500,000. 20% Bid Guarantee will be required as well as 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds. The Solicitation issue date will be around June 27, 2005. There will be a pre-bid site visit defined in the solicitation.
