Description

Requirement: The US General Services Adminnistration (GSA) has executed an assignable option to purchase a parcel of land of approximately fifteen (15) acres in Prince William County, Virginia. GSA is seeking a developer to build an office building of approximately 200,000 Rentable Square Feet for an agency of the United States Government on this parcel. The selected developer will acquire the parcel of land, build the facility to stated government specifications, and enter into a fifteen (15) year lease term with GSA for the completed facility. Location: Prince William County, Virginia Lease Term: Fifteen (15) years Occupancy: The building must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2007 Expressions of Interest: The following information must be provided - (1) Name of Development Entity, and (2) Address of Development Entity Method of Response: Interested parties must submit a written response containing the aforementioned information to the GSA's representative indicated below, at the following address, by close of business on Friday, June 24, 2005.
