Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item(s): CLIN Description 0001 UNIPASS Software with Uniface (3 annual licenses) 0002 Standard Training Course (up to 10 attendees) Ship to: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKWIS, Attn: Mary Beth LaFountain, 1940 Allbrook Dr., Suite 3, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5309 or by email to marybeth.lafountain@wpafb.af.mil for receipt by 2:00 p.m. EDST, Thursday, June 16 05.
