- Description
- The Government plans to procure 13 Radio Frequency Interferometers (RFI)'s. These RFI's will ultimately be installed on the 13 Replacement Apache Aircraft. The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Lockheed Martin S ystems Integration (LMSI)-Owego, under the authority and Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical dat a package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
