- Presolicitation Notice This notice was intended for release on 8 June; however, we've experienced system problems that have precluded us from posting to FedBizOpps. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay. GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of the US Army, Product Manager (PM) for Airborne Reconnaissance Low Program (ARL), who has a requirement to obtain required technical assistance related to airborne sensors so that validated requirements can be met for the Warfighter using the airborne platforms and sensors effectively. The NAICS code is amended to 541330 Engineering Service - Military and Aerospace Equipment with a dollar size of $23M. The Product Service Code is amended to R425 Engineering and Technical Services. The RFQ posting date has been delayed with an expected release date on or about 17 June, 2005. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (RFP), RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1435-04-05-RP-43057. The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 17 June, 2005, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site shortly after posting on FebBizOpps. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
