Description
HazCat Chemical Identification System Kit Training – HQ ACC CONS, Langley AFB, VA intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source, commercial purchase order with HAZTECH Systems, Inc. for training services that include introduction to the HazCat Chemical Identification System Kits, step-by-step procedures, hands-on testing and qualification. Currently, HAZTECH Systems’ HazCat Chemical Identification Systems Kits are the only equipment authorized by the Air Force for the particular mission they serve. The Air Force requires the HazCat kit training for the newly assigned Air Force members that utilize the HAZTECH equipment. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is authorized in accordance with 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1). No solicitation document exists. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement via email to Amber.Weichbrodt@langley.af.mil or Joy.DeLande@langley.af.mil. Telephone requests will not be honored. A determination by the government to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAY-2005).
