- AMENDMENT NO. 0001 DTD 14 JUNE 2005 Amendment No. 0001 dtd 14 June 2005 has been posted to the JHITS website. This amendment is issued to revise four (4) CLIN tables and change the dates of the site visit cited in Section L, Paragraph L14 (b) to read from "20 June 2005 to 1 July 2005" to read "7 July 2005 through 15 July 2005?. The specific changes to the CLIN tables and Section L are described as follows: a) CLIN 1100 is replaced with CLIN 1100, Amendment 0001, 14 June 2005. (Correction to OC-48 and OC-192 install CLIN quantities; correction to Ethernet and Cancellation CLIN quantities.) b) CLIN 1130 is replaced with CLIN 1130, Amendment 0001, 14 June 2005. (Correction to No Charge (N/C) CLIN quantities and minor formatting correction.) c) CLIN 1200 is replaced with CLIN 1200, Amendment 0001, 14 June 2005. (Inclusion of missingN/C CLINs, correction of Program Years (PYs) 6 through 10) d) CLIN 1300 is replaced with CLIN 1300, Amendment 0001, 14 June 2005. (Correction to missing quantities in PY3 and PY 5) e) Page L-5 is replaced with Page L-5 Amendment 0001, 14 June 2005. There are no other changes to the subject solicitation. ***************************************************************** JHITS is a telecommunication service acquisition that will provide inter- and intra-base telecommunications services for the Department of Defense (DoD) in the State of Hawaii, providing end-to-end common user switched and dedicated transmission services. JHITS will provide voice and data transport to the DoD and other authorized agencies within the State of Hawaii. Due to the size of the JHITS Request For Proposal (RFP), all RFP sections (to include attachments) are available on the JHITS website for review and downloading. The url address for the website is https://jhits2.nctamspac.navy.mil/vendor. Registration to the JHITS website is required. Instructions to obtain a JHITS account for access to the website are below - INSTRUCTIONS TO OBTAIN JHITS ACCOUNT: 1. You must go to the following URL and register: https://registration.nctamspac.navy.mil/jhits 2. Click on the agree to terms. Please read this section. 3. Next you will be brought to a registration screen. 4. Please fill out all the information requested on the form. Blank areas will not allow you to progress to the next phase of the registration process. 5. Once the form is filled out, click submit. Once you have submitted your form, you will see a username pop up on the next screen. Please write this down. This will be used each time you log into the site. Your username will be everything prior to the @ in your email address (i.e. johnsmith@navy.mil, username would be johnsmith. 6. You must then wait for an activation email with your password. Do not attempt to login until you receive this. 7. Once you fill out the registration form, you need to wait for your activation email with your password. Usually within 24 hours.
