Description

The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Closing Agent Services for the State of Maryland. The contract shall be for a one-year period with a possible extension of three additional one-year periods. This requirement is being solicited as a set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541191. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or after July 18, 2005. Request for the RFP must be made in writing and may be submitted via e:mail at Donna_Crowley@hud.gov or via facsimile at 215-656-3453. Please include your company name, contact person name, mailing address, phone number, and fax number. Copies of the solicitation will not be sent electronically.
