- UNICOR intends to enter into a firm fixed price requirements type contract for table bases and legs. The solicitation number is FN1234-05 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). The items are to be delivered FOB Destination UNICOR FCC Allenwood, Golf Course Road, Montgomery, PA 17752. Round Table bases, Leg Corners, Leg, Lamp Table, Leg, Table Desk, Base Column, and Snake Foot Table. Estimated quantities, detailed descriptions, and drawings will be provided in solicitation document. Period of performance is date of award through five years thereafter. Presently UNICOR is purchasing these items from Adams Wood Products. Delivery shall be 5 weeks after receipt of delivery orders for some items and 7 days after receipt of delivery orders for others, this information will be provided in detail in the solicitation. Variation in quantity is +/10%. The minimum and maximum delivery order quantity will be provided in solicitation document. An economic price adjustment may be requested every twelve (12) months after contract award. UNICOR may add other factories to contract at a later date through a modification to the awarded contract. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Office Furniture Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Tee Cavanaugh. Solicitation number shall be referenced on the envelope for all offers. Fax proposals are accepted by the offer closing date and time at 202-353-7794. An original copy of the offer must be received within 2 days of offer closing date. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical (ability to meet specification), past performance, and price. Descriptive Literature: Offerors are required to submit descriptive literature and photos of proposed items with written proposal. If your firm fails to submit descriptive literature with the written proposal, your offer may not be considered for award. This is a best value procurement. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Solicitations may be obtained from our website at www.unicor.gov and www.eps.gov on or about 07/21/04. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered.
